This one is obvious but I'll post it just 'cuz : Keep [your E.D.] secret, if you know someone who might want to stop you from your goals.
Make a list of 5 things that make you really happy, notice that food is not one of them, so why bother eating it?
Throughout the week, when you have a craving, write it down in your Ana notebook. At the end of the week (pick a day, Saturday? Sunday? Your choice) and binge on your cravings. Exercise it off.
Keep money in a piggy bank (porclein works best). Don't take it with you to go out. You'll spend it.
Drink warm drinks, like tea, coffee, or warm milk. It makes you feel full.
Buy the Crystal Light On The Go packets. Put them in your water. They're 10 calories each, but they're delicious. (My favorite is Rasberry Ice)
Put pictures of your favorite model inside your Diary. Don't keep a diary? Start to.
Get a hobby that will keep you from eating. Scrapbook, draw, write stories, or even shop! It should keep your mind off eating.
Tempted to eat? Jump on the scale.... how do you feel?

make a Thin CD. Put a bunch of songs on it that you can dance to. You'll have fun and get thin. I recommend songs like Whenever Wherever by Shakira, Under the Sea from Little Mermaid, Ultimate (Lindsay Lohan, Freaky Friday soundtrack), and maybe even Mentirosa (It's spanish...) No matter what you listen to, put other genres on there too. It makes it more fun, and you'll exercise. ((If you can't make a CD, ask a friend to make one for you.
Make an ED help site! Tips, thinspiration, layouts, icons, ANYTHING YOU CAN DO! Thinspiration is probably easiest if you have a busy schedule but make any of them!
Instead of eating, chew gum. Most are only 5 calories and it takes the hunger off!
There IS a big difference between soda and diet soda! There's about a 300 calorie difference!
Only set realistic goals! Otherwise, you'll feel horrible that you haven't reached them.
Don't eat after 6PM.
Feel a craving? Go on xanga - update, surf for tips or look at some thinspo. Rearrange your room. Clean out from underneath your bed
Do the words thinspiration notebook mean anything to you? If not, this is a notebook [composition book, spiral notebok, scrapbook, whatever!] that you fill with quotes, pictures, magazine articles/clippings of things you find beautiful. but make sure you hide it from prying eyes!
