not doing so well at the moment.
i have been eating like such a fat pig, i a m a pig!!!!
i hate myself so f****king much right now.
at least today has gone better with not eating way too much, but i have been eating pizza almost every day of this week.
i know , i know , i know. im huge fat pig!! and disgusting.

and yesterday i ate mcdonals twice yesterday!!!!! damn it ,!!!!
im so out of control right now
the pounds i lost this month i have gained them back again.
i dont know what to do anymore, im really stressing out so f*8****king bad.
excuse my language. but im really upset and angry at myself right now.
i will do anything to be thin again!!!!!!
i dont know what to do , i miss being thin!!!!
i will try to do a liquid fast, or something, i dont know , feeling lost !!!! feeling out of control , freaking out!!!
i feel like giving up now. i m such a f****ng failure!!!!!

Some people eat McDonald's 3x a day. Eating twice in one day, for only one day, will not make a difference in the long run. The best thing to do right now is calm down and work out tomorrow.

Aw,it's okay,hun.Just try to take healthier food like veggies and fruits agn,and I'm sure the pounds will be shed soon(: I feel like that sometimes too-after eating I get really angry,esp. KFC or Mcs.

Heyy hunnie, thanks for the comment. I feel the same too but I constantly eat fast food, nothing else, apart from sundays when we have a sunday lunch. We just need to work harder and Im sure things will be ok.

Dont worry. We all have weeks like that!! I had one last week too!! but just try to start anew and be optimistic!! :c)
Don't give up...keep going and although its still bad, if you're eating and then u say u no wot i dont need this and stop its so much better than carrying on - thats wot im trying to think atm.
